I've been to many hair salons in my life, but this one was particularly poor quality, or perhaps due to a lack of skill...I didn't get the color or style I wanted. Also, the cut was a little off to the left or right, so I thought it might have been a little askew. I also got a treatment, but I wasn't sure if it was really good enough to be called "really good!"
There was no massage or drink service, and I felt the price was quite high. The customer service and consultation were polite, but I felt like the skill should have been commensurate with it.

Side note) What is the difference between people who are offered drinks and those who aren't?
Are first-time customers like me or people who pay a lower price for treatment not even allowed to receive such services?
